Borju Paprika's


Ingredients:
500 grams of mutton, cut 3x3 cm
1 large yellow onion, chop soft
2 tablespoon frying oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
50 ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1000 ml water
2 fruits paprika green, cut little box
1 can tomato, chop soft
200 ml sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoon whole-wheat
100 ml sour cream for splash of water

Directions:
1. fry large yellow onion until withered about 5 minutes.
2. insert paprika powder and 50 ml water, cook until boil.
3. insert meat and salt, then enclosing pan about 10 minutes.
4. decant water, paprika, and tomato can.
5. poke and insert whole-wheat and sour cream at the same time, stir flat.
6. cook until sauce thick, lift.
7. present with poured sour cream.

Contents chicken


Ingredients:
4 slices read, cut to pieces
200 ml liquid milk
1 teaspoon large yellow onion , chop softly
1 can liver paste chicken (chicken ready)
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon peterseli, chop soft
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 chicken
4 tablespoon butter , melt

Directions:
1. soak bread in milk.
2. discharge chicken from the bone, begin from split chicken breast, then up to bone looses, leave wing bone and thighbone under it.
3. fry large yellow onion until withered, lift. After cold mix liver paste, bread, egg, peterseli, salt and pepper, stir flat.
4. fill in to chicken stomach.
5. sew chicken stomach till chicken returns formed.
6. dab drips butter.
7. grilled at oven for 45 minutes while rubbed with butter.

Fried chicken with flour flour


Ingredients:
5 chicken thighs, ready for use
2 chicken eggs, shake
oil to fry

Immersion ingredients:
1 teaspoon powder pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grater ginger
3 cloves garlic, grater

Ingredient for layer:
75 grams of maize flour
25 grams of whole-wheat
2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon soft salt

Directions:
1. stir entire ingredient for layer.
2. soak chicken thigh in immersion ingredients, hush during 30 minutes. cast aside.
3. plunge every chicken thigh in egg shakes, overthrow in whole-wheat mixture up to closed flat.
4. heat oil, fried chicken until turned color, lift. leak.
5. present chicken with fried potato, and chutney sauce or tomato sauce (optional).
